The Nursing Office.Com is a 20-year-old, non-profit organization taking care of nurses and communities through a Community and Public Health Delivery System, “The Nurse is IN” program. . COM stands for Communities, as such; it is the Nursing Office for Communities, a non-governmental organization (NGO). The Nursing Office provides organizational and technical support to organizations and develops coalitions for its Healthcare Delivery Model, using “Shared Mission, Shared Governance and Shared Resources”. 

The Nursing Office.Com welcomes nurses to establish their own local offices under the shared identity: The Nursing Office of [Name or Place]. This naming convention reflects our commitment to decentralized leadership, community care, and the empowerment of nurses everywhere.

As the world population grows enormously, how can the people be taken cared of en-masse effectively? In response to the Institute of Medicine, nurses have been challenged to become an instrument to show leadership as they have the training and education to do so. Therefore, we are calling all nurses to respond and accept this challenge to take care of our people and communities in the capacity of Community and Public Health Nurse in this time of COVID pandemic.
