  • Legacy Preservation — maintaining the historical continuity of the Institution’s 20-year development.
  • Foundational Documents — authorship and guardianship of the Founder’s Declaration, Preface, and institutional charters.
  • Ceremonial Leadership — representing the Institution in its highest symbolic and public capacities.

III. Relationship to the System

The Office of the Founder is the origin point of the Community and Public Health Delivery System. It defines the System’s:

  • Purpose
  • Boundaries
